Staff Orientation is a four-day training prior to the start of summer programs at the Holley Family Village. Staff Orientation includes instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, water safety, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Staff Orientation is mandatory for all counselors, directors, and teachers who work during the summer programs. There are also teamwork activities and a nightly game to encourage a deeper connection between staff members.
